Power Washing is the processes of removing surface material such as dirt, mud, mildew, mold and other contaminates from the exterior features of your house by using pressurized water onto a surface.

Roof Cleaning

Each roof we clean is done with care and attention to detail. Fungus growing on your roof is certainly not something any homeowner wants nor do you want damage caused by an inexperienced worker. We have the safest way possible to remove any growth, staining etc.
It doesn’t matter what type of roof you have whether it’s shingle, tile,  slate, etc. Fungus will grow and in some cases it can damage your roof itself. We avoid using pressure washers for two reasons. First reason is it can damage your roof. There is simply way too much pressure being applied to your roof itself. It’s going to cause water to be blown up under your roofing which can obviously cause the damage. Pressure washers can put out 1. 7 gallons per minute up to four point gallons per minute depending on PSI. But it’s not just about the water it’s about the pressure of the water, so that’s why we avoid this process.
The second reason is pressure washers will not kill the bacteria growing. Sure they can eliminate them to some degree however the fungus will grow back much faster using a pressure washer system. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
